GEL can design, detail, and manufacture ASME Code Stamped Vessels and API Storage Tanks fabricated from 300, 400 series Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Titanium and Aluminum materials.

GEL custom fabricates these products to comply with specific customer requirements.

Qualified procedures and welders for SAW, GMAW, GTAW and SMAW processes are all utilized in accordance with ASME code Section IX and AWS. Personnel qualified in accordance with ASME code requirements conduct radiographic and other nondestructive examinations. Certified inspectors inspect production welding.

Design calculations and detailed fabrication drawings are prepared by our engineering department to comply with ASME, API and customer specifications. GEL uses numerous industry standard softwares, besides in-house developed applications such as:

  Auto CAD for general drafting
  Solid Works for 3D modeling and FEA analysis

Our quality control department, established in accordance with ASME requirements, ensures that each item is fabricated to the highest standards. GEL uses a number of Industry standard softwares, besides in-house developed applications such as Weld Office from C-Spec software for WPS, WPQ, PQR and Welder database.
