The Inspection Engineer is the designated quality representative who has the authority and responsibility for ensuring that the requirements of the quality system are effectively adhered to. He is offered full support and freedom of action to perform his duties effectively.

Regardless of hold points indicated by external inspection agency 100% stage inspection is done by our inspector. The key elements of our inspection are:

Identification of materials with co-relating certificates/check test and stamp   transfer
Edge preparation and fit ups
Root run, back chip & grind
D.P. Test
Radiography
Pneumatic test of pad
Hydrotest
Dimension check of complete job
Functional check wherever possible
