Mash Kettles
Mash Kettles handle varying composition of malt and different mashing programs, aptly jacketed with different agitator profiles to suit uniform mash mixing and mass transfer.
Wort Boilers
Wort Boilers are designed to establish sufficient circulation rate and steam flow rate with guiding plates to ensure stripping and uniform wort distribution. We can also provide complete systems with cylindrical shell and tube heat exchangers.
Fermentation Systems
Fermentation Systems are characterized by specially designed fast chilling jackets for varying functions. The unitanks are designed as per ASME/ AD Merkblatter standards.
Cleaning in Place (CIP) Systems
Automated and semi automated CIP systems for cleaning and disinfecting are provided with all process equipments. These systems can either recover or dispose off the cleaning liquid, in order to facilitate thorough cleaning.
